Delivery

All orders are sent with free tracked delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Dispatch: orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time: Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally be affected by Royal Mail delays.

Tracking: you’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Where we deliver: we currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Problems with your delivery: if your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at info@propercables.co.uk with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
